Collected Personal Data

We collect data from personnel making an enquiry on the website. Where a person makes a booking, we require the completion of a consent form that is retained for future reference but with the consent of the data owner.

Purpose of collecting data

We collect names, queries and emails from people who submit a contact request. The data is kept only whilst the query is answered, unless it results in a booking where the data is kept for the duration of the booking. 

In accordance with GDPR, we now also seek active, informed consent for data to be retained by our customers. We abide by the standards in the GDPR and will respond to any request for a data subject access within 24 hours.
