LHOME BOARDING AND PET DAY CARE

·        We are not able to take entire males over the age of 1 year for home boarding unless they are the sole boarder.

·        In season females cannot be accepted for boarding with other dogs. Therefore we will NOT be able to accept an in-season dog.

CANCELLATION OF BOARDING

·        Notice of cancellation should be given 30 days in advance. If cancellation is made with less than 30 days of the booking period a charge of 50% of the booking fee will be payable.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

·        Day care hours are from 7.30am to 5.30pm. 

·        Latest checkout time following an overnight stay is 10am

·        All day care and boarding services will be required to be paid within 7 days following completion of services.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

·        4 Muddy Paws is authorised to seek emergency veterinary care with release from all liabilities related to transportation, treatment, and expense.

·        Should specified veterinarian be unavailable, we are authorised to engage the services of an alternative veterinarian. If you cannot be contacted in a timely manner, we are authorised to approve medical and/or emergency treatment (excluding euthanasia) as recommended by a veterinarian.

·        You agree to reimburse us for expenses incurred, plus any additional fees for attending to such emergency. 

·        We are not liable for any problems that occur from a known condition unless we have not treated the condition as required.

·        4 Muddy Paws are not liable for injuries unless they are due to carelessness or neglect.

GENERAL NOTES

·        All dogs, by law, must wear a collar and tag with your information as well as being micro-chipped.

(http://legislation.data.gov.uk/cy/uksi/1992/901/made/data.htm?wrap=true)All dogs MUST be fully up to date with their vaccinations and their flea and worm treatment to come into our care. These must be completed a minimum of 2 weeks before care commences.

·        Titre testing will be an acceptable form of vaccination along with certificate and letter from vet.

·        Kennel Cough vaccination is highly advised by us and the vets.  As the Kennel Cough vaccine is live, dogs given the vaccine less that two weeks before their boarding date commences will not be accepted.

·        Male Un-neutered dogs will be temperament tested and closely watched whilst boarding. They will not to be allowed to mount/mock mate or show any and boisterous or aggressive behaviour. If they do, care will not be able to be continued and you will be informed immediately.

·        Photos/videos of your dog can be taken and used on social media/advertisement/website etc unless consent refused on the booking form.

·        You will inform me fully of any characteristics of the dog/s which needs to be known for handling and care of the dog/s, especially any aggression issues.

·        You must give your permission on the consent forms if you agree to your dog being walked off lead. 

·        I will take care, so far as is practicable, both that the dog/s are not a nuisance or danger to anyone, or any other animals, and that no harm comes to it.

·        If dogs are not collected within 7 days of the stated departure date, and no communication has been received from you or the emergency contact, then I will contact the RSPCA to classify the pet/s as abandoned for them to attempt to re-home, sell or send to a charitable animal organisation.

·        We will inform you of any incident or anything which we notice about the dog/s that we think you ought to know.

·        We will put collars and tags on your dogs stating that they are under the care of 4 Muddy Paws for safety reasons.

RELEASE OF LIABILITIES

·        4 Muddy Paws agrees to provide all services in kind, humane, reliable and trustworthy manner. You agree to notify 4 Muddy Paws of any concerns within 24 hours of your return.

·        4 Muddy Paws reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer, at any time, for any reason.

·        4 Muddy Paws will immediately contact you if your pet/s displays aggressive behaviours or tendencies.

·        4 Muddy Paws is required to report any bite incidents to authorities.

·        In case of an emergency, inclement weather or a natural disaster you authorise 4 Muddy Paws to use their reasonable judgment for the care and wellbeing of your pet/s.

·        You understand that 4 Muddy Paws can terminate this contract if your pet becomes a threat to the safety or health of 4 Muddy Paws or the community due to aggressive behaviour.

·        You acknowledge you are responsible for medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to any person or animal caused by your pet(s).
